OK so it sounds like the new format is working decently (at worst) for most folks.

After a bunch of helpful comments and doing a few more slight tweaks it looks like the page is working well.  I tried the page on every browser I could think of and it seems to format correctly on all the ones I tried.  I'll leave it alone for now but if anyone has any problems please let me know and I'll see what I can do.
