Back together

The Titan Sidewinder that I custom painted has been put back together. I hope to see it in person soon. Yeah, someone else owns it, just like most things I paint, but a little piece of it feels like it is mine.

The paint jobs always take on a different feel when the bike is put back together.

I'm diggin this one.

Steve Heller is customizing new cars, an unusual type of hobby, not many pull it off well. Steve is putting a lot of effort into it, here's Cro Magnum

this car isn't something I'm keen on, but the attempt to make what you want from a new car to look like an old car is a good thing Steve does more than just auto transfromations, he also hand crafts wood furniture and welds sculptures http://www.fabulousfurnitureon28.com/index.html These lights are cooler than the car, I don't care for the saw blade, but that some old headlights are used for

Austin Speed Shop's "El Gringo Loco" ... fantastic interior, superb lace paint, terrific total design

I even dig the flame outlines.. .the traced out lines look really good in context to the gold lines from the headlights and along the hood borders I love the seats, the center console, and the shifter knob. You don't see many try at lace paint... this is one of the few new lace paints, and nailed it. perfect look!

Great customs at GNRS, I don't know what hall bldg, but the total quality caught my eye of these beautiful cars

The above "Wild Cad" from Mario Colalillo and Canden County Customs won Top Radical Kustom and the Barris Kustom D'Elegance award. Love this color combo, reminds me of blueberries and cream Terrific looking design, but I wouldn't have went with this color

D'Agostino Customs tackled one of the ugliest cars, a 1975 Stutz Bearcat... Elvis loved them, but do you?

John and his company do great work... and this will stand out anywhere is goes, but would you want it?

Hot rods, rat rods, and customs on the grass at the GNRS

The hub caps really set this hot rod off The barber chair was there for sale, but if it had been part of the truck's custom build I think that would be awesome 1924 Dodge that was customized in 1947 by Bob Ferguson in Coronado, San Diego

Big Daddy Don Garlits Swamp Rat special edition 1995 Dodge Truck, only 150 made, only 15 on the west coast, here's the best of them, only 36k miles

This is number 128 of 150, they were mostly ordinary trucks that went to Mark 3 that put in upgraded interior, and the decals. All of the Garlits specials got the swamp rat waving the flag on the quarter panel, but few or no others got the flames on the front fenders. They came with the 360 Magnum, and a 4 barrel. 220 Hp, Mike wanted more, and upgraded with headers, and nitrous. This is number

1939 Rolls Royce Phantom III Labourdette Vutotal

Rebodied in 1947 by Labourdette of Paris, this Phantom III was the designer's last and arguably most daring work. It was commissioned by the flamboyant Louis Ritter who let Labourdette go all out, so much so, the body alone cost $44 000 which made it one of the most expensive of its time- equal to around $375 000 in 2003 After it was transformed into Labourdette’s creation, the car was sold off

If you like the performance of the new Vette, but prefer the look of a 1966.. .problem solved. The Rossi 66

I'm not sure what a "Pure Unfiltered Design" would be without an example to look at, but I don't think it's an evolution of the Corvette designed by Chevy. Isn't improving the design of an existing car just filtering their design with your critical appreciation? I notice the hood is an improvement over the advertisement board example

Looks very authentic, but isn't. It's a replica that doesn't just say so. Digging online unearths all sorts of information, 1915/2005 Van Blerck

17 liters? Big deal. The biggest I've come across was 28 http://justacarguy.blogspot.com/2011/01/people-wonder-what-largest-displacement.html For a write up from the last time it was for sale: http://www.nextautos.com/aftermarket/ebay-auction-of-the-day-1915-van-blerck-special which states it's been built by Gary Wales, and talks about the last time this was on Ebay and sold for $288,000 at an
